Key Stage 4


All pupils study science for 4.5 hours per week. Within these lessons pupils study discrete biology, chemistry and physics units. Successful completion of the course produces two GCSE science qualifications. Class size is a maximum of 23 and practical work is encouraged wherever possible.


The course provides both an enjoyable and useful introduction to science and an excellent foundation for those who wish to study science A-levels.
